My Question or Issue

When using android auto, pushing play in the app does nothing. When I try to start playing on my phone, I can only hear the music when Waze gives directions. Once the voice for directions stops, the music stops too.

Thanks for posting.

Have you tried toggling off and on the option for Waze navigation and seeing if that helps? You should be able to locate that in the apps Settings.

If that doesn't help, we'd recommend checking this support site article.
