My Question or Issue

i have a problem since i get the spotify premium.. when i heard music, even when i am connected to internet (wifi or 4G+) the app tell me that there is no connection and i need to close the app 3 times before it come back.. can someone help?

Thank for reaching us. I will try my to utmost knowledge in answering your concern.

Try to check the Settings if you set Spotify to Offline mode. If the toggle switch is on "green" switch it off.

Whether you are connected to the internet, if the app itself is "Set to Offline Mode" still it will appear that there's no connection.
