I had this same problem last year and another time several months before that. It was told that there was a corrupt file or something and spotify helped me to find the corrupt file. I need for this to be done again. I attempted to close the app and restart my phone. I am only logged on on my phone and while I have a family plan, my daughter doesn't have any issues with her account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
