Spotify constantly freezing

the application freezes every moment And then when it changes the songs it remains with the cover of the previous song, when I give it pause sometimes I do not take it I gave a Factory reset to my phone and as it continues it gives the problem already the telephone is not because it is the only application that I have problems someone has happened this same. I think it is not worth paying if you have solved this problem

Since you have done a factory reset of the phone, and you are still facing the issue, could you send me a screenshot of what is going on when you use the app?
