Playlist not loading

My Question or Issue

When I click an artist/album/playlist from my library the songs don't load. I get a green circle in the center of the screen that keeps spinning as if its loading but the songs don't show up.

This doesn't happen all the time but it's very often, about half of the time.

On my old phone this didn't happen.

Its not a reception problem.

Can anyone help???

For starters, could you try restarting your device and performing a clean reinstall of the Spotify app by following the steps provided here?

Could you also provide us with the following information:

OS version
Spotify version?
