Hello,
I have problem after latest update 0.12 ver on my Sony android TV. now after switching off and on TV I need to login everytime to my acount...
Can anyone help with advice?

Could you let us know what you have tried already? If you haven't tried any troubleshooting steps yet, try a reinstallation first. You can read here how to reinstall the app.

Hey,

yes I tryed:
1. First clear cash,

2. Second reinstall app.

Nothing helps.

Every time when I turn on TV and go to spotify app, TV screen shows my last session, then freezes and shows "no network connection" then new login screen.

Tv connected wired and no problems with internet.

other apps which use login function (youtube and so on) don't drop connection and no login need every time.

yes I made all steps as you show...
no result.
My TV Sony KDL-43W755C

all software version is latest.

before spotify latest update everything was perfect.
