Spotify Connect Blank List?

When I select "Spotify" as the input on my receiver and go to my phone to press the Devices button under a song, the list shows up with nothing. It has "How-to" connect to PC, Speaker, etc. Thats all there is, just a tutorial. I tried to clear the app cache, reinstall Spotify, reset the router, ensure that both devices are on the network, no dice. I can use Bluetooth from the phone to the receiver without issue, but I cannot use Spotify Connect.

Same here. Used to have a list of all my Chromecast and Spotify connect devices but just looks like the screenshot now. Empty list with tutorials.

Can still connect using Google Assistant so I suppose it's just the app bugging and not the API.
