    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Macbook Pro Mid 2012&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Samsung Galaxy 8&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else been having difficulties with both the&amp;nbsp;Desktop app and Android app?&amp;nbsp;It's getting to the point where I may have to switch platforms.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Desktop app is unresponsive most days, it takes about 25 minutes to fully start up and even then it's difficult to search anything. Somedays it works fine, other days I have to shut it down and wait to 25 minutes to restart it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and loads until I close it and then restart it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whenever I search on the Android app upon startup it never works, it just loads. I shut it down and then it works fine some of the time. I have cleared cache, data, even deleted the app and reinstalled it, still doesn't work properly.
