Hi,

I have problems with your application in my new Honor 8x. In sametimes randomly stops and always after turning in from this top bar of Android, I need to turn application again to work, or wait some time for it to reload itself.

I have tried to reinstal 5 times and clean reboot and so on.

It itself stops playing.

I have premium account, my country is Poland and my device is Honor 8x, System is Android 8 and Emui 8.2.

Can you kindly help me?

Hey, I have the same problem with my new Honor 8x. How did you solve the problem? Is spotify running smoothly now?

Support Spotify on facebook took care of it, they told me what to do and helped me.
