Spotify has stopped working on HTC One VX

My Spotify Premium account has been tripping for over 2 months now. First I switched phones from Samsung Prevail to Htc One Vx, it stopped working. I could only access my playlists. Now, its just a blank page that says Spotify. This is so unfair! There has to be a better way to troubleshoot technical issues with this service. This new problem has lasted and left me without music for 2 weeks! This is ridiculous. Please help. Also I have 2 accounts.

Have you tried accessing your spotify account from the computer?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

I would suggest you try all of the troubleshooting steps outlined in the android troubleshooting guide.

Also, does your phone have an SD card slot? And if so does it have an SD card in it?

We have seen several cases before where adding an SD card to a slot cures the blank screen issues.
