[bug] endless ad preferences loop

After opening the ad preferences site in Chrome via the Spotify app it will be repeatedly re-launched whenever the app is resumed.

Presumably this is an issue with the back-stack.

Force closing the Spotify app and relaunching prevents the browser from being re-launched.

Reproduction Steps

Launch the Spotify app
Tap Library
Tap the settings cog
Tap Spotify Ad Partner Preferences
Wait for Chrome to launch and for site to load
Resume the Spotify app by tapping back, closing Chrome, or selecting the Spotify app from the list of open apps
