Spotify crashing on Android

My Question or Issue

Spotify closes out and stops playing music about 20 seconds after I open the app. It has been happening since the last update. I've already tried everything else that was suggested and it is still not fixed. It is very frustrating to the point where I am considering cancelling my subscription and using another streaming platform. Please help!

Worked for me.

(not the ideal solution but it'll have to do until the next update. Hope they can fix it asap 😕 )
