My Question or Issue

My app randomly closes after about 15 seconds. Has never happened before .No new updates. Tried redownloading the app. Nothing. Restarted phone. Nothing.

Same here! Galaxy s9. We are apperantly not the only ones. Hoping for a quick fix!

Same, Galaxy S8. Not always after a few seconds though. Sometimes while scrolling through my albums, sometimes as soon as I open the app, sometimes when I'm halfway through an album and my phone isn't even unlocked. Infuriating!

Uninstalled and downloaded again, same issue continues.

I'm just cancelling Spotify. Been using Amazon music and haven't had problems. Not finding a solution to get Spotify fixed.

having the same problems with an S7. Just started happening this week. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Restarted phone twice. Still happening and like the comment above I am wondering if it is worth keeping a premium subscription if I cant listen to anything.
