My Question or Issue

Title pretty much sums it up. Web player and desktop app sound much better as opposed to mobile.

I use the Equalizer in Spotify to improve sound quality and Bass, but it keep resetting to minimum bass. Its very annoying 😑

Just to confirm, do you notice the drop in quality of sound when you are streaming songs on your mobile device or when they are downloaded for offline listening (or both)?
