Download button clicked but nothing happens

My Question or Issue

When I click the download slider in the album screen nothing happens. If I go out and back in the slider is no longer slid. Similar if I try to click Save from the album screen: go out and back in and it's not saved.

There is no issue with storage space and I'm only signed in on one or two other devices and neither of those have downloaded any tracks.

I tried uninstalling the app and that seemed to fix the issue temporarily (a week give or take). Looking to get this solved on a permanent basis however.
