My Question or Issue

Intermittent issue : When someone shares a track with me via What's App, I will click on it, it will take me to Spotify and it will just pose the green loading circle. This happened just previously and I contacted Spotify regarding it, they advised I do a clean reinstall of the App, which I did, and it resolved. It has happened again this morning, although I have not reinstalled the app as I shouldn't really be doing that every time a track will not load, the track will load for the sender, who is also running Android (same version), however, if I manually search for the track, I can find it, and it will play it.

Any ideas why this happens and why I cannot resolve it ?
