    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;UK&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Samsung S7 Edge&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android 8.0.0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Intermittent issue : When someone shares a track with me via What's App, I will click on it, it will take me to Spotify and it will just pose the green loading circle.&amp;nbsp; This happened just previously and I contacted Spotify regarding it, they advised I do a clean reinstall of the App, which I did, and it resolved.&amp;nbsp; It has happened again this morning, although I have not reinstalled the app as I shouldn't really be doing that every time a track will not load, the track will load for the sender, who is also running Android (same version), however, if I manually search for the track, I can find it, and it will play it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas why this happens and why I cannot resolve it ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
