My Question or Issue

Shuffle play has been acting up lately. Any time I try to play all the songs in my library on shuffle, the randomness runs dry very quickly. Clicking "Shuffle Play" will just cause it to play my song library in most-recently-added order. I have to toggle shuffle twice to get it to actually play randomly, but after 5-10 songs it just picks up in most-recently-added order from the last song played.

Anyway, this sucks. Please fix. Why am I paying y'all?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

Just to confirm, does this only occur in this device? If so, we'd recommend first performing a fresh reinstall of the app with these steps.

If the issue persists even after that, it'd be helpful if you could let us know if the same occurs when logging in to that device using a different account. If it does, we'd suggest making sure that the device is using the latest software version available.
