My Question or Issue

Hi everyone!

Whenever I the App on my mobile, i takes a very long time (even though the connection to the internet is very good) to load the menu. Even then, I can barely see the cover of any playlist. When I try to open one of my playlists or play any other sing, the app justs shows the loading symbol, but nothing happens. If I try to give anny commands (like "going back" or pressing the home button) i takes again a lot of time to actually do that command. I cannot even play a song, because the app does not even load the content of any playlist (e.g. I cannot even see a song title - it is just the loading-symbol to be seen).

I've already tried to uninstall spotifiy and reinstall ist, but nothing has changed.

I hope anyone of you can help me, since I'm defenitley not able to find a solution for my problem.
