My Question or Issue

Is it possible to use the stream ON option Deutsche Telekom with BT tethering?

I'm using a Adroid device (Nokia 😎 in my car (Volvo XC 90 from 2018) with Blurtooth Tethering. With the car I have the Volvo Spotify App and getting data through the BT connection.
With the streamON option from the Deutsche Telekom I could stream with spotify without using the data volume. While using this BT connection this won't work and I have to use the data volume.

Is there a chance with an other APN setting or something to use the Volvo spotify app togther with streamON option based on BT tethering?
