I've tried removing or changing these playlists both on the phone itself and in the Spotify desktop app.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>It certainly looks like it's doing something and the playlists temporarily disappear from the phone, however a few hours later the phone shows them all back as downloaded playlists again (as does the desktop app).</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>It's driving me slightly mental.
