App keeps crashing

My Question or Issue

Hi. I seem to have quite a complex situatuon here. I'm subscribed to a family premium plan and I've paid the fee for until April 2019. The problem is I live in Serbia now, and my plan is made from Italy. The app works perfectly on my computer, but on my phone (android) I can't open it and when I looked Spotify up on the PlayStore it finds no results. When I try opening the app everything goes black and then returns to my screensaver. Please, tell me what to do. I love this app and I use it on the daily basis. I'm dying without it. Thanks! Milica

Hey @miksi98, help's here.

It's not possible to download the app in countries where Spotify hasn't launched. You can find the list of available countries here. For this, if you remove the app, it won't be possible to download the app when you're in Serbia.
