Bug when visualizing / playing songs in the car

My Question or Issue

When my cellphone is connected via Bluetooth to any car, the songs goes to the next but titles stay frozen or sometimes they don't even appear on the screen's car. Also frequently the songs start playing faster than they need to play. Please help! Is really annoying for me.
