My Question or Issue

I bought a VW Polo last month (December/2015, Lounge Version), and it connects through BT with my phone. The first thing it seemed strange is that I can't go through the middle of the song through the interface of the car (it says is not available), but what really annoys me is that when ending tracks (not manually passing the music), it doesn't update the song name on the car although the music actually changes.

Is there a way to solve this pkease?
