Issues with Release Radar and Discovery Weekly on Android and PC program

I like listening to Release Radar and Discovery Weekly every week. Lately, I've noticed a pattern where if I listen to enough of the playlists on my phone and mark the songs I like or I don't like, my phone starts playing ONLY the songs I've already marked as liked. It will not play the songs that have not yet been played. I have tried clearing the cache for the app and restarting my phone. It still happens.

This also happens to me if I move to the Spotify program on my computer. The only way I can play those songs is if I open the Spotify web browser. What can I do to fix this so I can just use my phone? Thank you!
