Saved songs cannot be played.

My Question or Issue

Some of my saved songs cannot be played. They just stuck at the beginning and dragging the timeline doesn't work as well. I'm not sure if it's because I cleaned the cache sometimes. I need help😭

Hey @Dorryl, help's here.

With saved songs, do you mean downloaded music? Something might've happened with your offline music. We suggest that you remove all your offline devices via your account page. Keep in mind that you'll then have to re-download your music for offline use.

If that doesn't work, a quick reinstall might do the trick.

I have tried as you suggested but unfortunately it didn't solve the problem.

Is there anything else I could try to fix the problem?
