Why can't I select SD card?

I have been with this issue since I got this new SD card and now I can't select it, it now appears in grey.

Another one, if I keep the SD at the phone, song doesn't download and I can't play them when I'm offline, they appear without the album's photo and the song doesn't even start, please help me.
