&lt;P&gt;First, is this only happening with Spotify, or is it happening with other apps as well (e.g. YouTube) when listening on your phone?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, are you listening through a headset or some speakers, or just on your phone? If it's the former, does this only happen when using the headset/speakers?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I use spotify on both my computer and my phone (oneplus 6t) with a paid subscription, but I have been running into the problem where my phone keeps lowering the volume of my music even though the volume normalizer option is set to off. Is there a way to "Force" the feature to be off or disable it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
