The setup of Spotify on my Android doesn't allow me to see my own profile or follow other profiles, but I can still follow artists.

Hey,

this should be possible when you open the library tap in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and then tap on the photo/pictogram in the top left-hand corner. Did you try this?
Please note: this could vary for the UI free users see, unfortunately, IDK.

We'd recommend first checking this support site article that contains steps on how you can follow your friends or view your profile on a mobile device.

If that doesn't help, it might be a good idea to try a quick reinstall of the app to shake things up. Here's how you can do that.

It'd be really helpful to send us a screenshot of what you see instead if the issue persists even after reinstalling, so we can take a look. Just make sure that it doesn't contain any private or sensitive info.
