My Question or Issue

I have a tvbox Xiaomi my box, first when I asked Google assistant a song opened Spotify lasted 3 seconds and it closed due to connection error, now it says that it will open Spotify but it does not do anything, it restored the factory equipment but it remains the same, some solution ?

Same problem , mi box s, android 8, the assistant when used from mi box remote says "sure, here is some music on Spotify but nothing happens, when used from phone the same ...

Before that it did open Spotify but when hitting the 9 second mark it gave a connection error message

I just want to say that I'm having the same issue. I haven't found other threads specifically with this issue. I hope someone has a solution to offer.

I have same problem I'm from Mexico, and this happens every time. Also I say play clocks song of cold play and then appear for a second and then play radio station and then error connect
