Chromecast app messed up Spotify

I installed an app to cast YouTube videos to my TV because YouTube TV is only available in the US and I am from Europe. Somehow this messed up my Spotify and it keeps saying that I am listening to some random music on Galaxy Note8 (I don't even own such a device), my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S7. How can I remove that device? It's not listed as an Offline device so I can't remove it from there, I wish there was a way to block the stupid thing but I can't, please someone help!
