My Question or Issue

Ican't start the song radio on my phone. It says cannot play the radio station. Please try later.

Hi @barishzr3431, welcome to the Community!

Did this happen when you were using Wi-Fi or your cell phone data?

Could you try both to see if it makes any difference? Does it happen with other playlists or only with this one?

Also, could you try again using any other device?

Im sure that it happens with every song and i tried both wifi and cellphone data. Unfortunately i don't have another android device but i think this problem is about my device. Thanks for helping btw

I use spotify on my computer and I haven't got any problem like this

Hey there @barishzr3431,

Thanks for posting about this in the Community!

Since this only occurs on your Android device, we'd recommend first performing a clean reinstall of the app. You can do so by following the steps below:

Head here and click Remove all devices
Go to your Spotify settings, scroll down to Storage and then clear the cache
From the Android home screen, tap Settings > Apps
Find Spotify in your list of apps, tap it and clear the cache and data. Then select Uninstall.
Switch your device off and wait a couple minutes
Switch your device back on
Open the Google Play Store then search for and install the Spotify Music app

Keep in mind that you'll need to make redownload any content you had available for offline use once you've reinstalled the app.

If the issue still persists after that, it'd be helpful if you could post some screenshots of the error message you see. Just make sure that it doesn't include any private or sensitive info.
