Mysterious Starred tracks

I have just had a clear out as I hit my starred tracks limit. I have removed my stars from every track on my desktop app, and this has transferred to my android app.

Why then does it say that I have 17 starred tracks?

Any help would be appreciated.

It could be due to a cacheing error. I suggest you clear the app data (this will most likely remove your offline tracks however), and it should update.

I am having the exact same problem. I removed all my starred songs, so my PC app says I have zero. However on my Android it says I have 26 starred songs and it will not let me unstar them. I have cleared cache and logged in again on android but this did not help. I still am stuck with 26 starred songs. Thanks.

It may not be that helpful highlighting all these other posts, but it shows that the issue is reasonably wide spread.
