I can no longer create stations

My Question or Issue

I mainly use spotify through the stations feature,and I noticed that I can no longer create new stations, either that or the way that stations are created has changed.

The stations I already have in place still work, but I cannot find the button to create a new one.

When I try to create an artist radio it just takes me to a predefined playlist, which loops back to start when the songs are finished instead of loading more songs that are similar.

Am I missing something? did station creation get removed or is it now created in a different way.

If it is removed, can I downgrade to a previous version of spotify to be able to create stations? if so , is there a guide to downgrading somewhere?

As a side note, I found a way to create new stations, by creating them on the desktop application and then sending playback to my phone through the devices available dialog, after that I just follow the playlist, but there has to be a better way, right?
