Plan

Premium

Country

Germany

Device

Samsung Galaxy S8

Operating System

Android Oreo

My Question or Issue

So I've switched from Google Play Music last week and I've been pretty satisfied, apart from this one problem I'm having and can't get rid of.

My Spotify App seems to create a new offline device entry (in the list online) for everyday. All my downloads disappear perfectly in time at 00:00, a new entry in the online database (with the same name, but the old one doesn't get removed) is created and I have to redownload everything again.

After 5 days, I have to reset tthe list, because I reached the limit of offline devices....all with only ONE smartphone!

I've tried reinstalling Spotify, deleted all caches and and directories created by Spotify.....but nothing helps.

Either I'm doing something very wring or this is a kind of big bug. Plz help.
