Spotify adding songs to my playlists!

Spotify adds songs to my playlists on mobile, and it's really annoying. Could anyone tell me how to disable this feature or if it is not possible? As you can see in the picture, there are two tabs and one is called 'we added'. Is there a way to disable/remove this feature?

Hey Sebastian!
Spotify automatically adds music to your playlists on the free version of Spotify. This feature can be disabled by upgrading to Premium here. Music under 'We added' are not an actual part of your playlists, these are only suggestions. Actual playlist will only contain songs that you added.
