&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If your music or podcasts won’t download, we'd first suggest checking the troubleshooting steps in &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/listen_everywhere/on_phone_tablet_desktop/listen-offline-troubleshooting/" target="_blank"&gt;this support site article&lt;/A&gt;, under the section "Music not Downloading".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On another note, we can see on your screenshot that you're connected via WiFi. If the steps above don't do the trick, we'd recommend trying over a different connection, like&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/428090"&gt;@AeroZ&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;suggested for example.&amp;nbsp;If it works with no issues with another connection, we recommend contacting the service provider of the original network for more information.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Galaxy S7/Desktop&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;This is a problem both on Android and on Desktop. When attempting to download a song, rather than actually downloading it just says "Waiting to Download" on Android, and "Waiting" on Desktop. I have 'download using cellular' turned on. I've already tried logging out, but it does nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so I suggest you create a hotspot connection with your phone, connect your computer to that and try to download/sync again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
