If I go to my settings I don't have the offline mode or equaliser options in my PLAYBACK section. I logged out and tried to log back in but it says I am offline. I did see a work around that said to delete the password and try again but that didn't work and when asked if I wanted help recovering my account it told me the email doesn't match what is on spotify? I am logged in on mydesktop so it is correct.
