Spotify no artwork and not playing using mobile data

As the title says, Spotify works fine on other devices and on WiFi but 4g just shows missing artwork and won't play. Cache deleted, reinstalled and rebooted, logged out and in, updated app and operating system to no avail. Any ideas???

Hi ive had the same problem from yesteday got on to spotify and they said to take it up with your network but ive not had any problems with any other apps so dont know what to do

That is what they told me but tried on 2 different phones on 2 different networks both have the same issue
