Albums won't load

My Question or Issue

in the past few days I've found that when I go into 'Albums' in 'Your Library' I just get a green never ending spinning cirle. If I go into 'songs' or 'artists' then my library loads without an issue. On IoS all is well. I've tried clearing cache, uninstalling and re-installing yet none of it works.

any advice pls?

Hiya!

I have a very similar problem however, when I rotate my device to portrait, the album and artists will load instantly. I'm not sure why this works, but it does.

I know it's not a permanent fix but I hope this helpsa little!

Thanks NaturalHeadphon but sadly doesn't work!

I've tried another android device and it's the same on there so appears to
be an issue with the app as fine on internet & IoS...

Exact same problem on Pixel 2

I spent an hour or so last night with Spotify support trying to fix this, but despite being very helpful (so this ins't a dig) they eventually gave up. I've tried just about every prescribed fix but the problem persists. I'm guessing it's a bug and I hope it gets fixed soon.

Ok thanks for the heads-up. Fingers crossed they'll sort it soon, will have
to slum it with IoS for the time being 😋
