Import function doesn't show my sd card folder

My Question or Issue

Hi, I just got a new phone and was setting up my music, but when I go to the import function, my sd card folders don't show up. The app saves data in the card normally, I added a permission to access storage on the application management session, and even cleared the app's data once, just to make sure this wasn't happening because I started spotify the first time I had inserted the sd card. Nothing solved the issue.

The only folder showing when I enter the import function is whatsapp media.

I haven't found any posts describing a similar issue on here... does anyone have an idea what might be happening?
