Spotify Android hangs after a while listening music

My Question or Issue

After a while listening music on my phone (30 mins or so) Spotify starts to behave oddly. The album pictures stop displaying, the headphones' buttons do not stop or start music, the notification banner dissapears, and then Spotify stops playing.

That's odd.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Hi Nico:

Thanks for replying. I've done it several times in the past and after a
while it start happening again. I'm not sure whether this is because
accumulates "garbage" and requires a clean up.

Let's try once again. I'll keep you posted with the results.

After cleaning up the app and reinstalling it, it seems that takes longer to hang up. Any ideas? Thanks.
