      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I switched my phones and all my music is gone. I logged in using my email and my username as well as my Facebook and nothing. All my playlists are gone. I thought an account is an account? No matter where you log on it's there. I pay premium and now I have nothing. Please help me get all my music back!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;@user-removed!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This issue is reported by some other users as well, this seems to be an issue specific to desktop client. There is a solution suggested by another user&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Desktop-Windows/Desktop-Playlists-empty-after-update/m-p/4680359/highlight/true#M71612" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a workaround for mobile clients yet. Can you give it a try and let me know if it works? I'd recommend checking out the FAQ page &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_help/do-i-have-an-additional-account/" target="_blank"&gt;"Can I create multiple accounts?"&lt;/A&gt; here for more info.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you’re definitely logged into the right account, but you’re still not seeing some playlists, I’d suggest reading &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-recover-my-lost-playlists/ta-p/646700" target="_blank"&gt;this Spotify Answer&lt;/A&gt; for the correct steps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
