Bluetooth keeps stopping after installing Spotify

My Question or Issue

My bluetooth connection is extremely unstable after installing Spotify.

I have a bluetooth connection in my car. I can make phone calls, receive and send text messages etc... no issue.

Then I installed Spotify and all of a sudden the connection is completely unstable: Bluetooth is lost every 5 seconds or so, showing a message "com.android.bluetooth keeps stopping".

I have tried clearing cache, stopping the app etc... but no help.

The strange thing is that it happens as soon as Spotify is INSTALLED. Even if it is not running I have the issue. And if I uninstall Spotify the problem disappears just like that!
