Low sound with bluetooth

Hi i bought urbanears plattan 2 bluetooth yesterday. But there is a problem the sound is a bit low. I am using samsung galaxy a7 2017. I tried it with samsung s4 and s6 they do both great job about the sound. How can i fix this problem? I have already did the absolute sound thing from developer settings. By the way ı am using 8.0.

We'd first recommend making sure that:

You haven’t reached the maximum number of devices you can pair at any one time.
The connection allows media sharing. Look for this option in the Bluetooth settings of your phone, tablet, or computer.
You’re connected to the right device. You might need to disconnect any other devices.

If the issue still occurs, we'd suggest trying turning off and back on your device and then follow the steps here to re-pair your headphones to your device.
