Tengo una MicroSD , y esta encriptada. en Spotify tengo musica descargada en la SD. pero siempre que tengo que reiniciar, la ubicacion de almaceamiento me la cambia al INTERNO, y vuelve a descargar todo a la memoria interna. tengo que desactivar WIFI, cambiar a memoria TARJETA SD, esperar... intentarlo dos o tres veces. hasta que aparece palomeado. verificar cerrando todo y abriendo. y si ya tiene palomita la opcion Tarjeta SD. activo WIFI y vuelve a descargar todo..........

We hope you don't mind us replying in English instead, as it's the Community's official language.

Keep in mind that for the app to work properly the SD card should be formatted as portable and shouldn't be encrypted.

Since you mention that your SD card is the latter, could you let us know if this persists when using a different SD card that isn't encrypted?

If the issue persists with a different SD card, we'd suggest trying a clean reinstall of the app on your device by following the steps below:

Head here and click Remove all devices
Go to your Spotify settings, scroll down to Storage and then clear the cache
From the Android home screen, tap Settings > Apps
Find Spotify in your list of apps, tap it and clear the cache and data. Then select Uninstall.
Switch your device off and wait a couple minutes.
Switch your device back on.
Open the Google Play Store then search for and install the Spotify Music app

Hey @javiercabrera83,

We can't guarantee that it will work if your SD card is encrypted. Spotify needs unrestricted access to your SD card for it to save the music there.

Si funciona, pero cada que reinicio el celular, vuelve a bajar TODO. ¿no lo
deberían de arreglar?
