topic Album won't load in Android

Album won't load

My Question or Issue

Hi everyone,

The spotify app doesn't seem to want to load Albums. It's just and endless loop of the loading wheel. I've tried deleting cache/clean install etc.

Try removing any records from !!! if you have them in your albums

Here's some things you can do:

Try an alternative connection (if on a public or office network try a private network, if possible)
Soft reset of the device
Try an alternative device (if possible)
Ensure the operating system is up-to-date
Ensure device has enough storage space

Hii!

Thanks for your suggestions... still getting the same problem.

Try an alternative connection (if on a public or office network try a private network, if possible) - It's the same on different wifi networks as well as Data
Soft reset of the device - hasn't worked 😞
Try an alternative device (if possible) - works fine on my PC?
Ensure the operating system is up-to-date - all updates installed
Ensure device has enough storage space - yup... many GBs

It's so "random" but working in my case.
