My Question or Issue

I have been trying to pair my account with my mobovi ticwatch pro.

When i run to the spotify app, it ask to pair with my device.

On the device, the pairing had been successfull, i even tried to pair on the web but i get the same result. it keeps on asking to pair with the device.

I have wifi connection, and the web page opened on my device.

I didnt see any relevant permissions, nor did the app asked for any.

my watch is running wear os 2.2

I'm having exactly the same issue but with Xperia XZ5 running Android 9.0 and Huawei watch 1 on wear os 2.21 (interestingly though ,in the watch settings it says my android version is 7.1.1)

Try to restart the watch. You can also try to reinstall the app.

I think that's how I solved it.
