Sportify won't launch

My Question or Issue Since latest Android update, Spotify doesn't launch. It opens then closed immediately. I have tried rebooting and uninstalling/reinstalling multiple times. Any suggestions?

First up, let's try a quick clean reinstallation of the app by following these steps:

Go to your phone’s Settings.
Select Apps.
Find Spotify in your list of apps, tap it.
Tap Storage > Clear Data.
Tap Uninstall.
Open Google Play and install the Spotify Music app.

Thanks for that recommendation. I gave that a try and the still closes
right after launch.

Hey @user-removed,

Please ensure that any power-saving mode is disabled for Spotify from the phone's settings.

Then, can you try using a different network connection to see if it works better? Also, please make sure that you're not using any VPN connection.

If that doesn't do the trick, could you let me know if you're using an SD card?

Let me know how it goes, and if possible, send over a screen recording of what happens so I can have a closer look.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I am not using VPN. I was not in power
saving mode. Here is what happens.

Here are a few more troubleshooting steps to try:

Make sure you don't have any other apps running in the background when opening Spotify and see if it makes a difference.
Remove any apps or services that Spotify may be connected with or affected by.
Make sure your phone's operating system is up-to-date.
If possible, ask a friend to log in with their account on your device to see if it helps.
