My Question or Issue

When I go onto my saved music and choose a certain artist some artists never load any of the songs/albums and I'm left with a black screen. Some load after a few tries of going and forth between the individual artists page and where it shows all my saved music and some don't load at all. I've tried doing multiple clean installs and it hasn't helped.

I'm having the same issue on my Samsung Galaxy j5 running android 5.1 , hoping it gets sorted soon as currently only about half of my saved music is actually playable.

Same as me. Spotify has been constantly bugging out over the last few months. When the **bleep** are they gonna fix this ?

Edit: should add I have also nuked my cache and removed the app multiple times.

Just got in touch with Spotify Customer Support. Their suggestion?

Delete the account.

Just Delete the account and the problem goes away according to them.

I'm done with this, I'm going to google music.
