When I'm at home usually I sync my phone with a bluetooth speaker, and it doesn't allow those files to be reproduced either.

Hey there @Nyarla,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

We'd first recommend checking this Spotify Answer.

If that doesn't help, we'd recommend trying a clean reinstall of the app on your Android device. You can do that by following the steps below:

Head here and click Remove all devices

Go to your Spotify settings, scroll down to Storage and then clear the cache

From the Android home screen, tap Settings > Apps

Find Spotify in your list of apps, tap it and clear the cache and data. Then select Uninstall.

Switch your device off and wait a couple minutes.

Switch your device back on.

Open the Google Play Store then search for and install the Spotify Music app.

Once you've logged in your account again on the mobile app, make sure to follow these steps to sync your local files to your Android:

Make sure your local files are imported to Spotify using the desktop app (see "Desktop" instructions here).

Add the files to a playlist.

Log in on your mobile or tablet using the same WiFi network as your desktop app.

Select the playlist containing the local files.

Switch on Download.

Let us know how you get on 🙂
